70 rectangular tables (in all 7 x 12 m) of varying size and height, and covered with bleached cheesecloth, nearly fill the entire exhibition space. 700 Spanish honeydew melons seem to move across the the tables and intermediate spaces. The sweet aroma of the melons fills the room. After 12 hours, the fruit is returned to the real world of food.
