A 36 minute film with 721 diffrent views of race horses is projected as an endless loop on 5 sections (each 475 cm). The film sections are temporally staggered. We see only the torsos of the horses, as they pass by in continuous motion: unsaddled horses before the race, horses with jockeys before the race, horses with jockeys after the race, unsaddled horses after the race. The rhythm of the projections is determined by the given type of motion, the nervousness and exertion of the horses, and the diffrent colour in each photographic view. The dynamics of the images is intensified by the juxtaposition of the 5 projections in the room. In the room we hear the sound of a constantly running computer.
